Program Vision
MBCHC’s postgraduate APP training program will prepare the next generation of primary care providers to serve the community of South Florida. By training recent graduates, the program will increase the number of primary care providers available in the community and improve access to healthcare within our community.
Program Mission
MBCHC’s APP postgraduate training program provides comprehensive
training for recent graduates to provide high-quality, safe primary care to the
South Florida community. Trainees will develop leadership skills, transition
from theory into practice under the guidance of experienced mentors and
preceptors, and increase their confidence in attending to various health
problems while navigating patients’ complex health needs and promoting
their health.

Our Current Residents
Anh Vo, MSN, APRN
Anh Vo earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she built a strong clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse, providing care in high-acuity settings including trauma, step-down, and telemetry units.
Marilyne Robert, DNP, APRN
Marilyne Robert is a Doctor of Nursing Practice graduate of Florida State University who also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She has gained valuable Registered Nurse experience caring for patients in intermediate care units before advancing her career as a Nurse Practitioner.
Estefanny P. Gonzalez Sosa, MSN, APRN
Estefanny P. Gonzalez Sosa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Miami Regional University. Originally trained as a physician, she graduated from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo before pursuing her nursing career in the United States. As a Registered Nurse, she gained diverse clinical experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units, as well as home health nursing, bringing a unique depth of knowledge to advanced practice.
Cassandra Frederique, MSN, APRN
Cassandra Frederique graduated from St. Thomas University after advancing through every stage of the nursing profession. She began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse before becoming a Registered Nurse, where she developed extensive clinical experience in step-down, cardiac, and medical-surgical units. Her professional journey reflects a steadfast commitment to lifelong learning and excellence in patient care.
